Average Pay for CDL Drivers
The average pay for CDL drivers at MTM is competitive within the industry. You'll have the opportunity to earn a great income while enjoying stable and rewarding work.
For drivers with at least 2 years of experience, earn 30% of the gross.
All drivers can earn an extra bonus of up to 6% on their total monthly gross, kicking in once they've earned over $40,000.

CDL Driver Responsibilities
As an MTM CDL driver, you’ll be responsible for:
Delivering goods safely and on time across various routes.
Completing daily inspections of your vehicle and maintaining logbooks.
Communicating effectively with dispatch and other team members.
